starting from today, 31st Jan 2010..
aim --> 50kg or less
current weight..biarlah rahsia..huhu

-->kurangkan pengambilan nasi..bukan stop trus ye.. i can't live without nasi..
-->reduce oily foods..
--> more exercise esp jogging..seat up..etc
-->etc....
tapi kena pastikan diet seimbang =)
whats dis????
the most important is...
dont cheat..
kalo nak diet, kena la betol2 berdisiplin & sggp berkorban..
diet bukan semata-mata untuk kurus tapi utk pastikan tubuh badan sihat dan bebas dari penyakit..
